How long does it take to get an item shipped?

On average, our customers receive their item from between 7-14 business days. We are working hard to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED MAY COME IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

Many people who order multiple items from our store, will have those items fulfilled by multiple warehouses in Asia or the USA and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages. This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Each package will have a tracking # so you can track each item from dock to door. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.

If you have any questions about our shipping policies, times, or prices, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to explain things or even help locate your packages if you've been waiting for too long or lose your tracking #.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Elevate products are sold "as is" and all sales are final. Merchandise purchased on sale at this time are not eligible for return due to our policies. Merchandise purchased not on sale are eligible for return.

 

REFUNDS

We offer a 100% refund for all orders till the fulfillment date! Please contact us at info@athleticselevate.com and we will issue you a refund that will arrive back in your original payment account within 3-5 business days. Refunds will not be issued on orders after the date of fulfillment.

SHIPPING

At this time, due to international shipping and delivery backlog shipping times may vary from the times listed in checkout. We appreciate your understanding. elevate is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery that are outside its control. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
